Graduated from the Faculty of Law, Charles University, Prague, and speaks fluent German and English. He worked for four years in the tax department of KPMG Prague office and from June 2004 until June 2007 he worked in the tax department of VORLÍČKOVÁ & LEITNER as a tax manager responsible for know-how management, internal consultancy and legal issues. He specializes mainly in representing clients in tax and judicial proceeding with tax administrators. Furthermore, his professional activities include Czech and international planning in the field of direct taxation, including optimization within the framework of acquisition and restructuring projects for multinational corporations and Czech businesses. He is a co-author of a commentary to the Czech Tax Administration Order and author of many papers and publications dealing with income taxes and tax proceedings with a special view to tax audit.
